I torched off 135 pounds of fat, not using traditional caloric restriction, but by not eating. Starting with missing a meal or two, then only eating one meal a day, then to taking a day off and more... I had to move my body from grazing like a Cow, to forced starvation and getting used to it and it was a game changer...

What happens when you hit a bump, you mess up your fasting, as you probably have your dieting efforts in the past? I will help you learn to forgive yourself so you don't get trapped on Trauma...
Do you know the nice thing about fasting, it requires no meal prep. The most important thing is the refeed meal, the Break-Fast meal that you eat after the fast, by being true to you and your body, you will succeed.
Muscle, it's a big deal. More muscle equates to a massive reduction in all cause mortality. MASSIVE. With the Growth Hormone increase caused by longer fasts, muscle is spared and grows if you are challenging it by lifting heavy things, putting them down and repeating!
Preparation for fasting is all about your mind and habitual changes. You need to plan your days, strategies and prepare for those you will encounter and events in which others around you will be feeding while you are fasting. Preparation through Meditative Visualization.
Common questions answered.
Yes, eating and not eating works for most everyone. All should discuss and get their Doctor's blessing before skipping a meal, let alone not eating for several days. When it comes to the working out - you start slow and if you stay honest and keep working, your fitness level will change for the better. It's not rocket science, it's the way it is.
If by "restrictive" you mean not eating food - yes. Pretty much. If you are thinking this is "caloric restriction", it's an entirely different animal due to the hormone activation that happens when skipping multiple meals.
BTW, fast food, processed food and altered food, they are not good for anyone - so you should finish with eating those.

Honesty and framing expectations. It's hard. You have been eating with very few restrictions and when you have tried to restrict yourself, you failed. Probably due to the "auto pilot", habits and life programming. The old things have to be set aside and forgotten.
on the program?
No. You have enjoyed enough. You have had enough cheat days, meals and cheat events. You are done with giving into yourself and your lizard brain and dopamine addicted nature. You have used up all your "cheat days". Your next one may end you once and for all!

How much do you need my assistance and partnership in your fat torching journey? Most people are able to get it done, at least to a point, until maintenance. When a person gets close to "goal" (goals are dangerous - but it's hard to find a better word which is understood in the same way), maintaining without falling off and returning fatter than before, that may cost you more. We will explore that it's worth to you when that time comes. The last thing I want is to have someone who has shown the ability to torch off a ton of fat to return worse than before. Forgetting has tremendous value in the fasting and fat torching lifestyle.
